All small orders will be shipped within 3 working days to the address you provided when placing the order.
We always ship via Australia Post for small orders and that means that it may take an additional 7 to 10 days for the order to reach you if you are within Australia.
Please allow between 30 and 45 days for orders that are to be shipped overseas via Australia Post.
Bulk orders within Australia are usually shipped via courier and we will give you an approximate delivery date once we have received your order and payment.
Bulk orders outside of Australia will be sent by the fastest and most economical method available and we will discuss the shipping options that may be available when you place your order.

f you find that when you receive the item it is not in working order or has been damaged in transit then please contact us immediately for a replacement.
Refunds will only be given if we are unable to replace the faulty or damaged item.
